Refund Policy

If an item has not been ordered, we are happy to provide you with a full refund. 

After that, we will only offer a refund if there is a problem with your order. 

It will take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are made to the payment method used.

If your item arrives damaaged, please email us photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We will need this to submit a claim and get you either a refund or a new item. You may email the photos to us at simplythebest@harrisburgmagazine.com
